萬科美廬售樓處項(xiàng)目位于溫州瑞安塘下鎮(zhèn)，此次的作品設(shè)計(jì)，有別于傳統(tǒng)地產(chǎn)空間直接的物質(zhì)訴求，設(shè)計(jì)師更加注重空間的藝術(shù)性、分享性、社交性、結(jié)合溫州的城市、建筑文化特色、人文生活習(xí)性，以及提取景觀元素予以設(shè)計(jì)回應(yīng)。以國際感的手法，實(shí)現(xiàn)在地性的內(nèi)容。

首先，空間被剝離到最本質(zhì)的線條和形狀。
通過拱門的線形排列來定義和細(xì)分空間形式，并根據(jù)它們所分隔出的空間對將要容納的功能進(jìn)行調(diào)整和組合。里與外，直線與曲線，游走與停留，在同一空間呈現(xiàn)。左右空間互通，整個空間形成流動性的環(huán)形動線。

First, the space is stripped to the most essential lines and shapes.

The space form is defined and subdivided through the linear arrangement of the arches, and the functions to be accommodated are adjusted and combined according to the space separated by them. Inside and outside, The left and right spaces are interconnected, and the entire space forms a fluid loop.

作為空間的效率中心，接待區(qū)使用深色大理石強(qiáng)化空間的視覺記憶，便于引導(dǎo)來訪者確認(rèn)自己的動線和通過色彩的差別確定空間索引。

拱門元素聯(lián)結(jié)金屬格柵組成接待臺的背景，起到過濾視線和環(huán)境燥點(diǎn)的作用。其呈現(xiàn)的比例感、秩序感、現(xiàn)代感彰顯著端莊、精致的空間特質(zhì)。

As the efficiency center of the space, the reception area uses dark marble to enhance the visual memory of the space, which is convenient for guiding visitors to confirm their own movement and determine the spatial index through color differences.



The arch elements are connected with the metal grille to form the background of the reception desk,  and modernity presented by it demonstrates the dignified and refined spatial characteristics.

| 藝術(shù)家Belle的花藝裝置Infinity · Empty

中庭花房的靈感來源于日本著名花藝師生態(tài)循環(huán)的保溫盒設(shè)計(jì)。取精致花藝，通過燈光、色彩，梳理空間秩序，使空間整體化。給人們帶來浸入式的空間體驗(yàn)，打破理性和感官的邊界。

The atrium flower room is inspired by the design of the thermal insulation box of the famous Japanese florist's ecological cycl， and make the space integrated. Bring people an immersive space experience, breaking the boundary between reason and sense.

水吧洽談區(qū)與中庭花房相連，延續(xù)了拱形結(jié)構(gòu)的視覺語言，黑金為空間基調(diào)，柔軟的布藝和細(xì)膩的皮革相互交融。大理石、木質(zhì)和金屬，不同材質(zhì)的碰撞，構(gòu)建了空間的基本表情以及人可以感知的某種對稱、有序的視覺平衡。

The water bar negotiation area is connected with the atrium flower room, continuing the visual language of the arched structure, , wood and metal, the collision of different materials, constructs the basic expression of the space and a certain symmetrical and orderly visual balance that people can perceive.

兒童游樂區(qū)與女性VIP區(qū)相連，形成空間的聯(lián)動。不同于傳統(tǒng)親子區(qū)域布局，開放的女性VIP區(qū)域，滿足兒童游樂閱讀、女性手作、下午茶等打破空間界限的屬性需求，構(gòu)建新的親子時光愿景。

The children’s play area is connected with the female VIP area to form a spatial linkage. Different from the traditional parent-child area layout, the open female VIP area meets the needs of children's play reading, female hand-made, afternoon tea and other attributes that break the boundaries of space, and build a new parent-child time vision.
